However, we understand that you may have a concern or complaint and we ask you to share your views with us, so we can continue to improve our high quality service.

At each of our clubs, we have a suggestion box.

Making a Complaint

If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of the Club, you are encouraged to speak to a member of staff or the Setting Co-ordinator.

Should informal discussions not provide you with a satisfactory resolution, you are requested to make a formal complaint, in writing, to the Directors. Please include names, dates and any other relevant information about the complaint.

Upon receiving your complaint the Directors will:

• Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within three working days.
• Arrange a date and time to meet with you to discuss your concerns.
• Fully investigate the matter within fifteen working days
• Send you our full and formal response within twenty days.

Concerns and complaints will be held on file for a minimum of 3 years. All concerns and complaints will be shown to the Ofsted Inspector when an inspection is carried out.

Making a Complaint to Ofsted

If you remain dissatisfied with the formal response you have received, you are within your rights to make a formal complaint to Ofsted. Your original complaint, along with our response, should be sent to Ofsted, who will then investigate the matter.
