Booked Sessions
This is for those children who will be attending the club on a regular basis. Places are guaranteed. However, no refunds will be given if your child does not attend once a booking has been confirmed and invoiced.

Ad-hoc Sessions
This is for children who will be attending occasionally. Places are pre-booked. All pre-booked days will be guaranteed. However, subsequent days required are not guaranteed unless booked in advance and spaces are available. Our priority must remain with our regular bookings. No retainer or admin fees are charged for ad-hoc bookings.

Please note that all fees are due weekly in advance. All Prices correct as of 28th Aug 2011 but are subject to change.

Working Families Tax Credit (WFTC)

Oscahs Limited is a registered childcare provider and by booking your child in to one of our settings you could be eligible to receive working Families Tax Credit. Credits of up to 70% of childcare costs (maximum credits of £175.00 for one child and £300.00 for two or more children). If you think you may be entitled to WFTC but are not yet claiming please visit the Inland Revenue website where there is an on-line calculator so you can see what you could receive or call 0845 30 03 900

Childcare Vouchers

We accept childcare vouchers (Busy Bees, Edenred, Computershare, Care 4, Sodexho etc).

How to reserve a place for your child at one of our clubs

If you wish to enrol for a place for your child, you will need to return the completed registration pack complete with a £20.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (the deposit will be refunded on your first invoice) to one of our settings or post it to:
